Carrier service phone numbers

1. All payments should reach the carrier PRIOR to the due date or cancellation date to avoid lapses and /or cancellations.
2. If mailing your payment, allow adequate time for your payment to reach the carrier. In general we recommend 7-10 days. During high traffic times like the holidays allow extra time.  Ideally use the option of paying online, via telephone or carrier apps will avoid the issues delayed postals times causes. 
3. Most carriers will not allow you access to pay online or by phone after 12:01 am on the date of your due date. If you cannot access these other methods please call our office during office hours for assistance.
    
4. Use the pay by phone, carrier apps or online systems available to you if you are close to your due date. We recommend this if you are within 7-14 days of your due date.
    
5. Check your paperwork, many carriers allow online access to your information once you register with them.
    
6. Check your policy packet carefully. Some carriers bill you by  mail/ email and some provide your with payment coupons ( it is up to you to make your payments by the due date). If you elected e-bills, you must check  your email for e-bills.
